Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC
Terms of Service, Service Authorization, and Liability Agreement
By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, providing payment information, or communicating with Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Services Provided
Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC provides roadside assistance services including but not limited to:
- Battery jump-starts
- Tire changes
- Lockout assistance
- Fuel delivery
- Minor roadside mechanical assistance
- Vehicle diagnostics and basic service support
- Mobile mechanic services
- Mobile lube service
Services are provided based on technician availability, safety conditions, and service area coverage.
Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC reserves the right to refuse, stop, or cancel service if conditions are unsafe or if the requested service exceeds the scope of roadside assistance.
2. Scheduling and Dispatch
Customers may request immediate roadside service or schedule service in advance.
Estimated arrival times are approximate only and may be affected by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Road hazards
- Technician availability
- Prior service calls
Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC is not responsible for delays outside of its reasonable control.
3. Cancellation Policy
Customers who schedule service agree to the following cancellation fees:
- $50 cancellation fee if cancelled 48 hours prior to the scheduled service
- $75 cancellation fee if cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled service
- $100 cancellation fee if cancelled on the day of service or after dispatch
Cancellation fees compensate for technician scheduling, dispatch preparation, and lost service availability. Fees may be waved or lowered for rescheduled appointments.
4. Authorization for Payment
By requesting service and providing a credit card, debit card, or other payment method, you authorize Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC to charge the payment method for:
- The agreed service fee
- Any additional services required to complete the job
- Parts, materials, or equipment used
- Mileage or extended service time
- Applicable taxes or surcharges
- Cancellation or dispatch fees
Payment authorization becomes valid once the service is scheduled or dispatched.
5. Card on File Authorization
If a card is placed on file for a deposit, authorization hold, or service guarantee, the cardholder authorizes Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC to charge the card for:
- Any remaining balance due after services are completed
- Additional labor, parts, or services required during the job
- Cancellation fees or dispatch fees
- Any unpaid balances
Customer payment information may be securely stored for billing purposes related to services provided.
6. Final Payment Policy
All payments made to Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC are final and non-refundable once:
- A technician has been dispatched
- Equipment has been deployed
- Service has begun or been completed
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Any chargeback or payment dispute filed with a bank or credit card provider will be considered a violation of these terms.
If a chargeback occurs:
- A minimum $125 chargeback administration fee will be applied.
- Additional administrative, legal, or recovery costs may be added depending on the circumstances.
- Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC reserves the right to pursue full recovery of the original charge plus all associated costs.
8. Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment method fails or is declined:
- The outstanding balance becomes immediately due and payable.
- Late fees may be applied to the balance.
- Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC may attempt additional collection efforts until the balance is paid in full.
9. Collections and Vehicle Lien
If a balance remains unpaid, Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC reserves the right to pursue all lawful collection remedies including:
- Sending the account to a third-party collection agency
- Filing a civil claim for unpaid services
- Recovering attorney fees, court costs, and collection expenses
Where permitted by law, Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC may also place a mechanic’s or service lien against the serviced vehicle until the balance is paid in full.
10. Customer Liability Waiver
The customer acknowledges that roadside assistance involves inherent risks.
By requesting service, the customer agrees that Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC and its technicians are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing vehicle damage
- Mechanical failures unrelated to the service provided
- Damage caused by severely worn, rusted, or previously damaged parts
- Manufacturer defects or prior repair issues
Customers assume responsibility for the condition of their vehicle.
11. Roadside Safety Release
Roadside service is often performed in hazardous environments including highways, road shoulders, parking lots, and other high-traffic areas.
The customer agrees to:
- Move the vehicle to a safe location if possible
- Follow all technician instructions
- Remain at a safe distance during service unless instructed otherwise
Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the environment is unsafe.
12. Technician Safety Clause
Customers agree that abusive, threatening, or unsafe behavior toward technicians will immediately terminate service.
If service is terminated for safety reasons:
- The customer remains responsible for all dispatch or service fees.
13. SMS Communication Terms
Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC related to:
- Service dispatch updates
- Appointment reminders
- Customer support responses
- Account notifications
- Delivery or service updates
- Promotional messages (if applicable)
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies depending on service activity and communication needs.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
To stop receiving SMS messages at any time, reply:
STOP
You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

14. Data Privacy
Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC respects customer privacy.
- Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
- Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties.
- Customer information may be used internally for billing, dispatch, and service communication.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of time, income, or business
- Vehicle damage unrelated to services performed
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, mechanical issues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control
16. Agreement to Terms
By requesting service, scheduling an appointment, providing payment information, or communicating with Rapid Roadside Rescue LLC, the customer confirms that they agree to these Terms of Service and authorize the work requested.
